Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by T8P Media ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

T8P Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and social media management.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the pricing structure agreed upon in your service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables. T8P Media retains rights to portfolio use and retains ownership of proprietary processes and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

T8P Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
